What is Nodig BSE?

Brush & Spray Epoxy – material that does what we say

🔬

100% two-component epoxy

BSE is pure 2K epoxy – the reaction of components A and B creates an exceptionally hard and elastic coating that bonds tightly to the pipe wall and stays where you put it – no cracking, peeling or delamination.

🎨

Two colours – smart control

Each layer is a different colour. When working inside a pipe you can immediately see whether the previous layer is evenly covered and where to add more material. That is not aesthetics – that is precision that reduces errors and material waste.

Brush or Spray – your choice

Apply BSE by brush for precise manual coverage, or by spray for fast, uniform coverage on longer sections. Same material, same quality – match the method to the situation in the field.

When to Use BSE?

Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation

Restore corroded, leaking or damaged sewer pipes without excavation. The coating hermetically seals cracks and micropores.

Protection of New Installations

Preventive protection of new pipes against corrosion, abrasion and chemical attack – extending the service life of installations.

Complete Nodig Workflow

BSE fits seamlessly: high-speed cleaning (V8/V1) → preparation → BSE epoxy application via ProLight/ProLight2.

Industrial & Municipal Applications

Food processing, chemical plants, municipal water supply and drainage – BSE meets the demands of even the most challenging environments.

Technical Advantages

BSE – because when you're doing serious work, you don't settle for "good enough"

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Nodig BSE epoxy coating

Nodig BSE (Brush & Spray Epoxy) is a professional two-component epoxy coating for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. It features outstanding adhesion to pipe walls, high elasticity and hardness. It is applied by brushing or spraying.
Two colours are a practical solution for working inside pipes – each layer is a different colour, providing clear visual control of coverage and coating thickness. The technical team can see exactly what has been applied and where more is needed, resulting in a uniform and reliable coating.
BSE can be applied both by brushing (brush coating) and by spraying (spray coating), depending on the pipe diameter, access and desired result. Both methods deliver a high-quality coating with excellent adhesion.
BSE combines high elasticity with hardness – two properties that are often at odds in standard epoxy coatings. This combination makes BSE resistant to thermal and mechanical stresses in pipe systems.
Yes. BSE is optimally combined with the Nodig ProLight and ProLight2 application systems – the same ecosystem, the same professional standard.
BSE is designed for the rehabilitation of sewer and installation pipes – applicable to PVC, concrete, steel, cast iron and other materials. Ideal for municipal, industrial and residential applications.
BSE is formulated for fast application and a relatively short curing time, minimising system downtime. Exact curing data is available in the technical data sheet provided with your order.
