Through the catalog inquiry form, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name – for identification and communication purposes
• E-mail address – to send a reply to your inquiry
• Phone number – for possible follow-up contact regarding your inquiry

Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. How long we retain your data

Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond and potentially establish a business relationship, and for a maximum of 2 years from the last communication, unless longer retention is required by law.

4. Recipients of your data

Your data is transmitted exclusively via a secure e-mail delivery service (Web3Forms). NoDig d.o.o. does not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

This website uses only Google Analytics 4 cookies for the purpose of anonymous traffic analysis (number of visitors, traffic source, on-site behaviour). Google Analytics cookies do not collect personal data that would allow direct identification of users.

Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

• _ga – distinguishes users (expires after 2 years)
• _ga_XXXXXXXX – maintains session state (expires after 2 years)
