No-dig specialist — we design and manufacture professional high-speed pipe cleaning systems and trenchless rehabilitation solutions, including pipe coating, brush coating and spray lining with epoxy relining (ProLight) and mechanical chain cleaning (V8, V1, mini6).
Spray lining and brush coating are trenchless pipe rehabilitation methods in which the inside of a pipe is coated with an epoxy lining to create a new protective layer, extend service life, and reduce the need for excavation.
When floors, walls, or external surfaces should remain intact, these solutions make pipe rehabilitation faster, cleaner, and easier to manage. With proper preparation and controlled application, contractors can deliver reliable internal coating results with less disruption on site.
For aged, worn, corroded, or damaged pipes where rehabilitation is needed without major demolition work.
For fully collapsed pipes, severe structural failures, or situations that first require major mechanical reconstruction.
Faster rehabilitation, less site mess, and better process control than traditional invasive repair work.
Residential buildings, commercial properties, service lines, and technical systems where minimal disruption matters.

Catalog with PricesDevelopment and manufacturing of professional machines - V8, V1, mini6, ProLight, ProLight2
Entry-level machine for professional pipe cleaning and rehabilitation. For sewer and drainage pipes DN32–DN100 — the go-to choice for plumbers, utility companies, and service contractors. Compatible with the full range of Nodig cleaning heads and carbide tools.
V1 Model - Learn More
High-performance machine for demanding jobs and larger pipe diameters. Handles pipes from DN50 up to Ø250mm with a robust electric flexshaft drive — built for municipal sewer systems and large commercial installations.
V8 Model - Learn More
Compact unit for cleaning and preparation of smaller installations. At just 11kg, connects to any cordless drill and fits confined spaces, basements, and interior pipes where larger machines can't reach. For DN32–DN100.
mini6 - Learn More
Epoxy rehabilitation machine for brush coating and spray lining — no digging required. Fully air-driven: no electricity needed on site. Applies two-component epoxy internally with controlled coating thickness and speed.
ProLight - Learn More
Double Press: two cartridges simultaneously, for pipes up to 150 mm. Applies two-component epoxy in a single pass — faster and more uniform coverage on larger-diameter pipes compared to single-cartridge methods.
ProLight2 - Learn More
Industrial coating machine – 370g/min flow, heated hoses, remote control. DN50–DN300. Built for high-volume epoxy coating of large pipe systems, with remote-controlled application speed for consistent, even results on demanding projects.
The Pipe Boy - Learn More
Brush & Spray Epoxy – two-component epoxy coating for pipe rehabilitation. Two colours for layer control. The contrasting formulation provides clear visual confirmation of complete and uniform coverage during application. Compatible with ProLight and ProLight2 coating machines.
BSE Epoxy – Learn moreFrom residential buildings to large-scale municipal infrastructure — across Europe and beyond
Ageing sewer networks in cities across Europe require cost-effective rehabilitation without disrupting traffic or residents. Nodig high-speed chain cleaning machines (V8, V1) and epoxy coating systems (ProLight, The Pipe Boy) deliver full pipe rehabilitation from mechanical descaling to final epoxy lining — all from existing access points, without excavation.
In residential buildings and apartment blocks, pipe failures in drain lines DN32–DN150 are common. Nodig equipment lets contractors rehabilitate internal drainage systems floor by floor — without breaking tiles, concrete, or floors. The result: restored flow capacity and a protective epoxy lining, completed in hours rather than days.
Industrial facilities — food processing plants, chemical facilities, and manufacturing sites — require regular pipe maintenance without extended downtime. The V8 handles pipes up to Ø250mm in demanding industrial conditions, removing scale, corrosion, and blockages efficiently while preparing pipe surfaces for protective epoxy lining.
Nodig ProLight and The Pipe Boy apply two-component epoxy coatings for full pipe rehabilitation from the inside. The system supports both spray lining and brush coating methods for pipes DN40–DN300, depending on the machine and head configuration selected.
Hotels, office buildings, shopping centres, and healthcare facilities cannot afford long closures for conventional pipe replacement. Trenchless methods using Nodig equipment mean pipe rehabilitation can be completed overnight or over a weekend — minimising business disruption and significantly reducing total project costs compared to invasive alternatives.
Nodig equipment is used by contractors and service companies across Europe, with a growing presence in other parts of the world. Our network of authorised partners provides local support, training, and supply wherever trenchless rehabilitation is needed.

Hands-on training for equipment use and rehabilitation execution
Our Training Center provides complete education for our partners. Participants go through the entire process – from pipe preparation to epoxy layer application. Technical support after training is included.
Training sessions cover machine operation and control settings, routine maintenance and inspection procedures, correct epoxy mixing ratios and pot life management, selection of the right brush or spray head per pipe diameter, application speed and coating thickness control, and safety protocols for working with two-component epoxy materials. All sessions are hands-on, using real Nodig machines on actual pipe sections.

European manufacturer of trenchless pipe rehabilitation equipment since 2012
Once upon a time, back in 2012, we started out as a small team of “handymen” solving underground disasters of all kinds. If something needed saving below the surface – we were the ones crawling around to fix it. After seven years of working on sewer cleaning and rehabilitation, we realised one thing: we can build this better ourselves. So we did. That’s how Nodig – Genius of Simplicity – was born. And just to be clear – we’re not here to sell you machines that magically work on their own. We’re here to give you the machines, the knowledge, and the training so that YOU can do incredible things with our equipment.
Today, we proudly remain a very unserious company building extremely serious machines. Yes, we joke a lot, yes, humour is part of our DNA, and yes, we sometimes absolutely overdo it. But three things are always serious: solving real problems in the field, building machines that still work when everything else fails, and giving you solutions that make your life easier, not harder. And if you’d like us to become even less serious while producing even more serious products, there is a very simple strategy: JUST BUY MORE. Our products and solutions are designed to be very serious, very robust and very long‑lasting. We have a solution for almost everything. The only thing we still don’t have a solution for is human stupidity – there, we’re afraid, even engineering has its limits.
Our philosophy is simple: build the most efficient machine using the simplest possible solutions. We don’t promise miracles, but we do promise not to sell you junk. And in our long‑term plans, a portion of our revenue is destined to be “invested” in beer, child support, expensive watches, unnecessarily large cars and other completely unnecessary things – until we come up with something better. Welcome to Nodig – where serious technology comes wrapped in a dose of humour and a lot of engineering stubbornness.
