Nodig ProLight2 is the Double Press version of the ProLight machine: two epoxy cartridges run simultaneously, giving higher and more stable resin flow and faster application. It covers DN40 to DN150 and weighs 15 kg, against DN32 to DN125 and 6 kg for the single-press ProLight.
ProLight2 covers pipes from DN40 to DN150 as standard, and up to DN200 with a larger hose. For diameters up to DN300 and long pipe runs, NoDig supplies The Pipe Boy instead.
The standard working length is 20 m (65 ft) from the access point. It extends to 30 m (100 ft) with a larger hose and epoxy preheating using an additional heater.
